Ladies Who Run brings together women and girls, ages 12 to 60+, of all fitness levels and backgrounds, united by a shared love of running, holistic wellness, and a genuine desire to make a difference. 

 Movement is powerful not just for the body, but for the mind and spirit. 

Join Us On Our Next Group Run

Ladies Who Run meets 3 times a week (Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays) for group runs/walks for  all levels. 

 Sessions are led by a certified Holistic Wellness Coach, ensuring you’re supported physically and  mentally.
